Photovoltaic mass production testing: Ultra-large area full coverage, 3A accuracy ensures efficient

Mr. Chen, the production and testing supervisor of a leading photovoltaic company, once encountered a problem during the mass production and testing of super-large photovoltaic modules: "We were mass-producing 2.4m×4.8m super-large photovoltaic modules. The traditional xenon lamp simulator has a surface area of only 1m×1m and needs to be divided into 12 sections for testing. Each module requires 48 hours for testing, causing severe congestion on the production line and resulting in a daily output of less than 50 modules. The implementation of the Sefan large-area 3A grade LED steady-state solar light simulator has completely changed the production capacity landscape. The equipment is equipped with imported high-power LED array light sources and intelligent light uniformity system. The 2.4m×4.8m super large surface area can cover the entire board of modules at once, eliminating the need for segmented testing. The single-module testing time is reduced from 48 hours to 12 hours, increasing efficiency by 4 times, and the daily output of a single production line has soared to 200 modules, with an annual production capacity increase of over 50,000 modules. The core performance fully meets the IEC 60904-9 3A standard: spectral matching degree reaches A+ level (0.875-1.125), continuous coverage of the 350nm-1100nm full wavelength band, energy restoration accuracy in the near-infrared region exceeds 98%; light intensity uniformity is ≤±3%, time stability is ≤±0.2%/h, and 100% of the test data is recognized by international institutions such as TÜV and UL. 

"After introducing the Sivang equipment, the product return rate dropped from 10% to 0.5%, the delivery cycle was shortened by 3 months, and we successfully opened the doors to the European and Australian markets." Engineer Chen calculated the details. "Previously, the annual electricity cost for 8 small spot xenon lamp devices was 300,000 yuan, and the loss due to equipment replacement and production halt was 800,000 yuan; now, a single Sivang LED device has a power consumption only 22% of that of traditional xenon lamps, and saves 240,000 yuan in electricity annually. The LED light source has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, which can operate continuously for 34 years at an average daily usage of 8 hours, and there is no need to replace the lamps for a lifetime. It has generated an output value of over 20 million yuan in just one year." The equipment also supports continuous adjustment of light intensity from 100 to 2,000 W/m², and one-click switching between multiple standard spectra, perfectly meeting the certification requirements of different regions around the world.
