Lin, the materials research manager of a new energy vehicle company, once suffered from the maintenance problems of testing entire vehicle-mounted photovoltaic panels: "We tested a 1.8m×2.5m vehicle-mounted photovoltaic panel. The light intensity of the traditional xenon lamp equipment fluctuated by 5%, and the data from the 720-hour aging test drifted by more than 4%. The customized 3A-level LED steady-state simulator by Saifan precisely addresses the dual pain points of "precision + maintenance". The equipment adopts a custom 1.8m×3.6m frame size, with 288 sets of highly consistent LED arrays combined with precise temperature control technology. The uniformity of the light spot is ≤±2.5%, and the temperature difference of the entire panel is ≤±1℃, accurately replicating the real outdoor lighting conditions. With the independently developed steady-state driving technology, the light intensity stability is as low as ±0.05%/8 hours, and the light intensity drift during continuous 1000-hour testing is ≤±0.8%. The spectral matching degree remains stable at A+ level, ensuring that the material testing mechanism is consistent with outdoor conditions, and the data repeatability is ≤±0.5%. 

"Now, the entire panel can be tested in one go, with no production line downtime throughout the year. The maintenance cost has decreased from 500,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, a reduction of 80%." Lin said, "By leveraging the dynamic light intensity simulation function of the equipment, our team successfully developed a new type of anti-aging coating. The lifespan of the vehicle-mounted photovoltaic panels has been extended from 5 years to 8 years." "Equipment of the same level imported from abroad costs 12 million yuan and has a delivery period of 6 months. The customized model of Sefan saves 6 million yuan directly, and can be delivered within 45 days. It also provides on-site commissioning and training services, completely breaking the import monopoly."
